❖ Logistics associate is only associated with the vehicle or asset placed on PROLI for the duration of its time of use conveying produce transacted on the PROLI platform.
❖ The certified operator of the logistics asset selected for conveyance of produce on PROLI assumes full responsibility for the delivery of all orders directed to the logistics asset as received and in good condition without any damage to the order.
❖ The operator of the logistics asset is liable and responsible for the any lost or damage made to the item conveyed in a PROLI transaction.
❖ Logistics assets will only be used to convey produce having reconfirmed its insurance package and coverage is up to date, is appropriate and fully covers the produce goods to be delivered.
❖ The operator of the logistics asset used to convey produce goods on PROLI will ensure to have valid and appropriate full insurance coverage for the logistics asset operated.
❖ You accept to The transportation of the item must be on the recommended transportation condition appropriate for the item
❖ Be responsible for any damage to item during the transportation of the item occurring as a result of inappropriate storing condition during transportation
❖ The operator of the logistics asset will ensure to obtain upload code (PUVC) to indicate item pick-up
❖ The operator of the logistics asset will ensure to obtain delivery code to indicate item delivery delivered
❖ The operator of the logistics asset will ensure delivery of the produce order to the destination indicated not later than the time of delivery indicated on the PROLI assignment profile at time of pick up.
