Visit logistics/login. Enter the registered email and password. If you have completed the steps required for registration and you are unable to login, pop up will show message for such reason, one of those reason is to wait for confirmation. Another reason is incorrect password. If password is forgot click on forget password and input your email to get email confirmation. Check the email inbox and click on the link reset password. The page that will display will request for new password. Another way is to contact admin for your password reset.

On your first login, the first thing to do is to upload a vehicle for item delivery.

To upload a vehicle, on your dashboard go to vehicle -> Upload vehicle. Fill the form on the page and wait for the vehicle confirmation.

To know may be your vehicle has been confirmed, on your dashboard go to vehicle->view vehicle. look at the status

Note: Each vehicle can be deactivated and will not be qualified for order delivery if one of its important document expire. You can re-upload the updated version of the expired document and wait for admin to work on it, if the document is genuie such vehicle will be reactivated back.

If an order has been forwarded to you, check the order details, under logistics details you will see the list of the logistics attached to the order. You must fill the respond form
If you are logistics 1, you will need to pick the order from the storage, and deliver it to delivery address.
If you are logistics 2,logistics 3 or logistics 4 check the logistics that will deliver the order to you and your delivery point make sure get all necessary details to fill the respond form

Once an order has been delivered by the last logistics in delivery chain, which will be indicated by the delivery status on the order, wait for a week when the delivery cost will be sent to the account you supply to the system.
