❖ You can return item only if it is not the kind of product ordered for or if past expiry date stated on PROLI

❖ You may return order on the same day of delivery else, the item will not be accepted

❖ You may return the ordered product if confirmed with delivery agent at the point of delivery that the item is spoilt beyond expected standard for normal consumption/utilization.

❖ You must return all eligible item(s) within 1 day from receipt of purchased item.

❖ Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels that identify the item.

❖ Return the item to the delivery agent.

❖ Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 30 business days into your account
