Can someone order for me?
That depend on you. If you have an account with PROLI don't give the account details to anybody because no one can be trusted when it come to highly confidential details of somenone's life. Do the order by yourself.
But, if you don't have PROLI account a friend with PROLI account can order on your beahve if he/she trust you or if you trust such person.
Therefore it is recommended that you should open a PROLI account. The proccedure is very simple REGISTER

NO.this is because any order made must be paid for before collecting them.

How do I place order on PROLI?
Shopping on PROLI is not difficult once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
- On that product widget you wish to order, click on cart icon to add this product to your cart
- On the header page beside the search input,place the cursor on the basket icon and click on 'VIEW MY CART ' in the pop up. Or click the basket icon.
- On the checkout page you can change the quantity of the item by clicking on the quatity select input . Click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT"
- Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password
- Select your delivery option and click "PROCEEED TO PAYMENT"
- if you want to change address, enter your delivery address information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate click "Submit" and click "Use this address"
- On the next page click "MAKE PAYMENT" you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway
- Enter your payment details. If payment is successful, you will be redirected to your account page where you will see the item(s) ordered.

How can I track my order?
An order can be track by calling PROLI admin with the "order Id" or go to "Account"-> "My Order" . The delivery status will indicate the location of the order
Do I need to show anything before collecting my order?
YES and it is very important, in case you order through a computer in a cafe. Immidiately your payment is successful, you will be redirected to your order list in your account -> my ordrer. Note down the "Product Delivery Code" number (PDC). This is what you give to the person that deliver the item to you.
Will I receive all my items at once?
You may receive items in your order separately because they are sold by different sellers at different location and are shipped at different times.
Can I reject an order?
