❖ Warehouse is associated with PROLI only as it relates to hosting of products designated by PROLI within a specified time frame determined by PROLI.
❖ You are responsible for ensuring storage in appropriate conditions of item fit for human consumption.
❖ You will ensure explanation of all necessary information the farmer or aggregators needs to know before you store their item intended or designated fir OROLI transactions.
❖ You must provide necessary storage conditions for the item to be stored
❖ Agree to the terms of business between you and PROLI.
❖ PROLI is not responsible for any payment for service you provide while the item is in your storage.
❖ Ensure that the exact details of the item to be store is provided and store items using storage codes provided by PROLI.
❖ Once you upload a product, you are responsible for monitoring the order on such product on your dashboard .
❖ You are responsible for guiding the pick-up and vessel on-boarding by the operator of the logistics asset that will pick up the item intended or designated by PROLI.
❖ Agree to the storage price and payment method provided by PROLI
❖ Your payment will only be processed on confirmation of delivery of item.
You agree that payment for storage services is collated and made at the end on the month.
